Step 1
Download a MetaMask or TrustWallet.MetaMask is a chrome extension; TrustWallet is an app for your phone. After that, add Binance Smart Chain to your network-list.
Step 2
Buy and send BNB crypto to your MetaMask or TrustWallet. Transfer the BNB tokens to your MetaMask or TrustWallet address.
Step 3
In your wallet, click BNB icon 
then select to swap for Smart Chain BNB. 
After that, go to PanecakeSwap Exchange and connect your wallet address.
Step 4
In PancakeSwap, select From Token as BNB; click on To Currency and paste $GOLD contract address. Adjust slippage. Next, swap BNB for $GOLD, approve the confirmation, then $GOLD will appear in your wallet.
